HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

1. You search the internet to find Bronx homes for sale that you would like to view. We recommend searching Realtor.com because all MLS listings throughout New York State are listed there. Email or call us with the MLS # or address of the home.

2. We will arrange a viewing of the home for you with the listing agent.

3. When you find a home you would like to purchase, we will submit your offer for you and assist in negotiations.

4. If your offer is accepted, we will work with you and your attorney to facilitate the signing of the contract and scheduling the closing.

5. After the closing is final and the deal is done, we will refund you 1% of the final purchase price of your home.
